Communication is vital to the sustainability of a working relationship with others. The three things that I need to improve on are speaking slower and clearer, ability to receive feedback positively and expressing my opinions in a non-provocative manner. These skills will definitely allow me to communicate more efficaciously.

Problems are bound to arise whenever we work in small groups. Disagreements and conflicts are inevitable between team members. The only solution to this issue is to open up to each other’s opinions and set aside your differences. Only then a harmonious team discussion with each other can be formed.

Everyone remembers the day they added their friends on Facebook. The numbers grew each day, but do we actually know who is on the other side? Why are people obsessed with high number of friends? It is just a matter of time before we discover who our true friends are.
