Intro to ID: Project 2(b) - Anthropometrics & Ergonomics -~12 Daily Activities

After so many weeks of non-stop scrutiny of miniature insects, it is now time to finally study human ergonomics for interior design, yay! For this assignment I was to go home and sketch out 12 different poses of how I interact with furnitures. Unfortunately, this assignment came up at the exact week when I'm moving to my new house, so basically I had to take pictures for this assignment in my uncompleted unfurnished new home. There is no point in using my old home since it is almost emptied out. So what I did is I bribed my brother help me take a few pics of me interacting with furnitures that are already in the new home. I got into supermodel-mode and posed for the camera.

Most of the furniture aren't in yet because delivery was the next day, so I used common furnitures such as the bed, fridge, cabinet etc. The final four photos was taken in campus instead because there isn't much to take at home.

Sexy "naked" human poses interacting with furniture in everyday life

Explanations of the poses above:

Using computer - Pretty much everyone does this, using my laptop and sitting on my new comfy chair

iPad on bed - Besides sleeping which pretty much everyone will do, why not rest while watching Netflix on my iPad instead. This pose is also more interesting than just lying still in bed.

Choosing clothes - Self-explanatory. Sassy posing when choosing clothes to go to a formal event (indicated by formal clothing)

Washing face in sink - It is hot in my new house and I am bound to sweat, so why not cool myself by splashing my face fabulously in the sink like those facial commercials on TV.

Grabbing a drink - This is me taking a bottle of water from the fridge, ah cool water...

Reaching for glasses - Me tip-toeing to reach for something high in the cabinets.

Watching TV - Me on my new chair watching my favourite HK-drama. TVB forever!

Reading newspaper - Catching up on the latest issues of the world.

Buying a drink at vending machine - Wanted a coke to soothe my throat in this hot weather.

Climbing stairs - Climbing up to the next floor. Obviously.

Throwing rubbish - Me throwing away the coke can because I am a good boy by not littering.

Waiting for elevator - This is me pressing the elevator button to summon the metal cage to the floor I was on.
